Thanks. You're very welcome. Glad to hear you get so much pleasure from playing Hauptwerk.
Have a very good Easter weekend yourself too.

Re: Sample sets don't produce much volume
Hello Marc, I can't comment usefully on the amps and speakers, but I'd suggest first checking that: - The audio level meter in Hauptwerk (e.g. on the " Audio, MIDI and performance " large control panel in Hauptwerk v8) is showing a good signal level (just touching the yellow with large registrations ...

Re: 9.0.1 Mac installer will not validate
Thanks, Martin.
Yes -- the Hauptwerk installation instructions mention the need to do that if using macOS 15+. (On previous macOS versions you can simply right-click on the installer and select 'Open'.)

Re: At war with ilok
Hello Philip, That isn't a message that I've heard of before. Please try: - Exit iLok License Manager and Hauptwerk, as applicable. - Detach your iLok dongle temporarily, if you have one. - Uninstall iLok License Manager: https://help.ilok.com/ilm_setup.html#uninstall - Reboot. - Make sure that any ...

Re: Keyboards suddenly do not play
Hello Marc, Please try: - Shut the computer down, then turn everything off at the mains (including all USB devices/hubs/etc. and all MIDI hardware) for a minute or so. - Switch everything back on, boot the computer, log in to the operating system, and wait at least a minute before launching anything ...

Re: Help!
Hello voet, Please try: - Test the computer's RAM thoroughly for errors. - Rerun the Hauptwerk installer, leaving all options at their defaults (which will cause it to reinstall the Hauptwerk executables, in case they have become corrupted, but won't lose your existing settings/combinations/etc ...

Re: 24 channel interface needed
Hello Nigel, It is indeed a shame for Hauptwerk users that MOTU appear to have discontinued the 24Ao. I see they've recently introduced a new version of the 16A: https://motu.com/en-us/products/16a/ That has 16 analogue outputs, and you can easily connect two 16A units together with an Ethernet (AVB ...

Hello OpusV,
You wrote an almost identical post yesterday, to which Mark Nailor replied comprehensively:

Perhaps you had mislaid that topic? I'll merge your new topic into the previous one once you've had a chance to read this reply.

Re: HW 9.01 update download
Hello Pat,
v9.0.1 is still the current Hauptwerk version.
I've just tried the website's download form again, and it's still giving me an error, so I think you would still need to email Francois to get a link if you need one at the moment.

Re: Momentary break in audio
Hello Marc, If you haven't done so already, I'd suggest working through the steps in the " Performance tuning | Other operating system and computer optimizations and diagnostics " section in the Hauptwerk advanced user guide (pages 117-119 in the current v9.0.1 version). E.g.: - Make sure the BIOS ...
