Download in online account

I hadn't checked for any update since I installed HW8, so I went to my account on the website and selected the downloads page - it showed me HW7 downloads. Is there something I should have done to cause it to update to show me HW8? The HW8 order is showing as it should.

Hello Paul,

I'm not sure about the on-line shop (although I could check with Francois if needed),but if you're referring to downloading Hauptwerk itself, the latest version is always available via the 'Download' menu at the top of the main Hauptwerk website:

https://www.hauptwerk.com/

Does that give you what you need?

Yes, I got the latest version through the "trial" route OK; I was just puzzled that the shop account was mixed up.
