Extreme long response times on ConcertHall

Hello,

since a few days, there are unpleasant long response times on Concerthall, sometimes up to 20 s, when trying to open the site or a music title.
Additionally, sound breaks happen, due to perhaps low data transfer rates.

Am I the only one, who has this problem?

Fine once it starts a piece but it does take a while. Not responsive at all.

I am having the same problems. I thought it might be my computer, but the tardiness is only with Contrebombarde.

This problem seems to be vastley improved now and will be even further made stable it seems.
Concert Hall message - 'Server update will commence tomorrow (Tuesday) at 3pm ETZ and end on Friday.'

It seems to be happening again. Been very slow getting to the Dashboard for the last few days. This morning, I've just given up — can't get there at all (at least after a reasonable wait for the site to load).

Maybe it's a "local" issue, but it's the only site I'm having trouble with.

I would suggest contacting Classic Organ Works directly through their own website as they appear not to frequent this forum any longer (Darryl no longer works there so I am not sure who deals with the CBB site now). Since it is owned and maintained by them they will be the ones who would need to look into any slow loading times for the Contrebombarde website.
