Hello Frank,

This is extraordinary! I have emails from Syndyne - starting in June 2010, when I first made contact with them - in which they welcomed me as a direct customer right from Day 1. In my initial email I introduced myself to them as an "organist and hobbyist organ builder" who was constructing a Hauptwerk console for home practice.

Maybe Syndyne were prepared to make an exception and deal directly with me because I am in Sydney. Australian organ builders routinely use Syndyne products, but to my knowledge none act as agents for the company.
