Hauptwerk fully supports current/recent 64-bit versions of Windows 10, and is now only officially supported on 64-bit Windows 10 and 64-bit Windows 7. It might possibly still work on some other 64-bit pre-Windows 10 versions of Windows, but we don’t test or officially support them. It definitely won’t work on 32-bit versions of Windows, or on 32-bit PCs.
