That's a very ignorant statement to make to a Hauptwerk customer. What does MKondziella fear? This is really a mystery to me.

Hauptwerk offers various freedoms, unfortunately also the freedom to ban features

The Sampleset Chorzów from Piotr Grabowski has 20 Stops less but is a good sounding alternative for 299 EUR.

Mr. Kondziella is right after all. There are enough sets you can experiment with. Since you have another set anyway (Grabowski for 299 euros), I don't understand what you are actually about. You don't have to talk bad about everything. There are enough other alternatives from other manufacturers for you.

I don't have PG's set and have replied to Purator. Criticism is not a bad thing and must be accepted even by OAM fans. I live in a country where people are free to criticise

Some of the sound demos from the Steinmeyer are very beautiful. If you would like to buy the set, the limitations mentioned can be very annoying.

What a set! Massive, powerful and yet very clear. I am thrilled! The price is absolutely fine for a set of this size and quality.
I join the previous speakers: This is not a set for "experimenting". It is simply perfect. I will certainly have long pleasure with it.

There is nothing better for manufacturers than happy buyers who are satisfied with the quality and the price. Have fun with the set!
