4-manual used organ wanted, NORTH AMERICA

I don't quite have the budget for a new 4-manual organ, but I occasionally see used ones for sale here. Can wait, but would like to buy:
1. 4-manual console with radiating concave pedal board, good working condition
2. Reasonably fast computer with 64 gb memory, capable of running a large sample set at top audio output
3. Audio interface, at least 3 expression pedals, plenty of pistons, two working monitors

Where are you located?
Do you want a commercially made organ or will you consider a home crafted one?
That is, will you want to tinker with your new organ or just want a performing instrument?

Toronto, Canada area. I want a performing instrument, hardware complete and ready to play except for getting a new Hauptwerk license, a large sample set, and hooking it up to an amplifier and speaker system.
