Is there a way to change the default mixer group number, currently group 5, for newly installed organs?
My group 5 is rear bass speakers, so when a new organ finishes loading for the first time, while I'm away reading or out walking, the blower rumble scares the cats until I come back and fix it. They give me look. You know the one if you have cats.
If not, I'll renumber that group, but I was hoping to avoid changing rank routing on each organ.
Thanks.
How to change default mixer group?
Re: How to change default mixer group?
Hello Mark,
(Unless you still have migrated v4 routing settings, in which case it will default to whichever group was set as the default group in v4), Hauptwerk always defaults ranks to group 5 (if that group is non-empty), since that's the main/front group with default audio routing settings. Hence you might want to reconfigure your group 5 to be cat-friendly.
