Can't download update

Hi all,

I know it's been mentioned somewhere... I am a HW Lite Subscriber (for quite a while now), and am trying to download the HW9 update, as offered in My Account Downloads. Tried for a whole week; each time, it downloads most of the way, then gives me a network error. Tried doing it in Chrome, Safari, same error each time. On an up to date MacPro with no known issues. Any ideas? thanks! jgirv

If you haven't tried it already, please try downloading via the 'Download' link at the top of the main Hauptwerk website:

The Hauptwerk v9.0.0.258 download size and MD5 checksum should be as follows if the download has succeeded properly:
