Yesterday I upgraded from 7 to 9. Several organs that would load in 7 are not loading in 9. I am getting two error codes, one is 1015 and the other is 0055.
Reader’s Digest versions: 1015 - Error attempting to add 524288 bytes to backup ‘C;/Users/ Owner/Desktop/Hauptwerk Diagnostic File2024-12-29.Diasgostic_Hauptwerk-gz’ for the source file ‘C:Users/Owner/Hauptwerk/HauptwerkUserData/Config0-GeneralSettings/Config-LastAppVerBackup.config-Hauptwerk-xml’ . (gzip error code - 1 ‘C:/Users/Owner/Desktop/Hauptwerk Diagnostic File 2024 - 12- 29.Diagnostic-Hauptwerk-Hauptwerk_gz: No space left on device.)
And 0055 - Could not write to the file “C:Users/Owner/Hauptwerk/HauptwerkWorkingFiles/Config0-OrganCaches/OrganD002581.CacheHauptwerk-hbb’ . Please check that you don’t have the file open in any other application. Check that the disk inot full, or try rebooting. (File exists: Y, parent folder exists: y.)
I'm using Windows 11
Any ideas and help will be greatly appreciated.
Trouble loading some organs on IX
Re: Trouble loading some organs on IX
The first message is trying to write a diagnostic file and says your C: drive was out of space, i.e. full.
The second message is why a diagnostic file was being written, I'll bet, and also may be because your disk was full.
Your disk was full during the operation. Delete stuff. Empty the recycle bin. Try again.

Hello WMD,
Thanks for upgrading to v9. Yes -- as Mark mentioned, both messages would appear to indicate that your C: drive is full.
