Can't download purchased organ

Hi - I am moving Hauptwerk to my new PC and need to reinstall my organs, possibly upgrading to HW8, but the Skinner Masterworks Dry download link is broken, and the organ doesn't show in my Purchase History. I have my email receipt and my HW Dongle, so I am sure I can prove ownership. I filled out the email form on the HW site but didn't hear back. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Some complications...I couldn't figure out my situation from the FAQs:

I own HW v4, uninstalled from my old laptop a year ago, will be installing on my new laptop and using it only there. Will the v5 Skinner download link work with v4 and my dongle?

If not, and I need to upgrade to v8, is this the correct procedure:

- reinstall HW4 on the old laptop?
- run the Hauptwerk license package RAR on the old laptop (MW Skinner Dry is *not* installed on the old laptop)
- do the License Migration form on the website (what file upload is it asking for?)

Then, just log in to HW v8 on the new laptop, log in to the iLok cloud to de-authorize the old laptop and authorize the new one?

Thanks, Amos, and especially for the interest in upgrading to v8.

The v5+ versions of encrypted sample sets can't be used in v4 or earlier, I'm afraid, and MDA no longer has the v2-v4 versions available for download.

If not, and I need to upgrade to v8, is this the correct procedure:

For upgrading, there's no need to install v4 first (or advantage in doing so) -- you can just install the current version (v8) directly.

To do that:

- Download and install iLok License Manager: https://www.ilok.com/

- Create an iLok account on the iLok website (if you don't already have one).

- Log into it within iLok License Manager, and use "File | Open Your Cloud Session" (unless you have an iLok dongle, and prefer to use that, rather than iLok Cloud).

- Buy a licence upgrade from v4 to v8: https://www.hauptwerk.com/hauptwerk-store/

- Redeem/activate the resulting licence to your iLok account (either to iLok Cloud, or an iLok dongle).

- Make sure that driver for the v4 Hauptwerk USB Key is installed:

- Use the option on the "File" menu in Hauptwerk v8 to migrate your v4 sample set licences to v5+. Send the resulting file to support [at] hauptwerk.com . Francois (who handles that email address) will then deposit licences for all of your v4 sample sets to your iLok account. Activate the resulting licences to your iLok dongle or iLok Cloud (as applicable).
